JOB DESCRIPTION 
Your primary focus will be to promote our property brokerage platform, generate leads, and facilitate partnerships with local real estate agents. This is a commission-driven position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with realtors and clients.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to persuade and negotiate, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and CRM software.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Real Estate: Basic knowledge of the real estate industry in the Philippines is a plus but not required.

Experience Needed:

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate, insurance, or a related field.
• Virtual Sales Experience: Experience in a remote sales role is highly desirable.
• Networking Skills: Proven track record of building relationships and networking with professionals.

Commission Structure:

• Base Commission: Earn a competitive commission rate of [XX]% on each successful partnership or deal secured through your efforts.
